Matra Training for European Cooperation (MTEC) Scholarships for Promising Students and Public Health Professionals. Approximately 30 full scholarships are made available by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the M.Sc. programme in Public Health as offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences of Maastricht University in cooperation with the Netherlands School of Public and Occupational Health (Amsterdam) for the coming academic year 2007/2008.

Application for the Singapore Scholarship must be submitted on the prescribed application form (The application form and supporting documents must be of A4 size and printed on one side only). Please contact the Singapore Embassy/ High Commission/Consulate-General in your capital city for a copy of the Singapore Scholarship brochure and application form. Applicants will be required to submit a typed-written essay of about 300-500 words. The essay is an important part of your application.
A. UMUM
1. Beasiswa disediakan Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika
(Depkominfo) bagi PNS, dosen atau pegawai lembaga pendidikan, pegawai
industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) serta masyarakat umum.
Keterangan:
Yang dimaksud PNS adalah pegawai negeri sipil yang ditempatkan di
lembaga lembaga departemen, non departemen, baik di lingkungan
pemerintahan pusat maupun daerah.
Yang dimaksud pegawai Lembaga Pendidikan adalah dosen dan pegawai pada
lembaga-lembaga pendidikan.
Yang dimaksud pegawai Industri TIK adalah pegawai
perusahaan-perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi,
baik BUMN/D maupun swasta murni.
Yang dimaksud Masyarakat Umum adalah pihak-pihak di luar tiga kategori
tersebut atau perorangan.
The Young Scholars Workshop is designed to encourage a new generation of prospective researchers from Indonesia and Australia (especially Honours and Master students, but also PhD students). Funding is available on a competitive basis to bring young scholars together with established researchers and to present a summary of their research.
The workshop will be held annually at the same time as the Policy Research Forum of the AIGRP. Participants in the Young Scholars Workshop will also have an opportunity to observe the Policy Research Forum. Economy travel and accommodation for 3 nights will be available to scholars who apply.
Research Assistant (40 hours, 18 months) with S2 FULL SCHOLARSHIP in BiNus University
Requirements:
* Min. education S1 with top 10% class (GPS minimum 3.00) in any discipline from accredited top-rated university in Indonesia and overseas, graduated not later than year 2004
* Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel. (Knowledge of SPSS is an advantage)
* Research experience and report writing skills
* Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Obtaining a recommendation letter from Dean or Head of Department
* RAs will not be offered any salary, allowances and insurance
